Fifteen blinds from early position is the spot where the pure shove nearly dies out. The equilibrium range is just 14 hands, a little over 6% of combos: pairs from TT, suited aces from ATs, AQo+, kings from KJs, and QJs.
Push from EP, 15 BB stack
Notice that there isn't a single offsuit king in the range — even KQo is better mucked or played some other way. A 15 BB shove for a blind and a half has to get through very often, and from UTG someone always wakes up with a hand.
The real question at this mark isn't "push or fold" but "push or raise". Most of the hands on this list (TT+, AQ+) earn more at 15 BB through an open raise of 2–2.2 BB with a plan to call an all-in: either you take the pot down cheaper, or you get the stack in with the same hand strength. The shove stays justified when aggressive stacks behind you love re-shoving over raises — against them it pays to put them to a decision immediately.
The weak bottom — 99, AJs, KQo — no longer shoves and no longer raises from early position at this stack. It's just a fold, however much you'd like otherwise. The full picture of the stack is in the 15 BB chart.
