Twenty blinds on the cutoff is 34 hands, 15% of combos: pairs from 33, suited aces from A7s, offsuit aces from AJo, kings from K9s and KJo, queens from Q9s, JTs and T9s.
Push from CO, 20 BB stack
At this depth the chart reads as a safety net, not a core strategy. The cutoff standard at 20 BB is an open raise of around 2.2 BB with a range wider than this chart: the raise keeps every option open and costs a fifth as much. The shove takes the stage when raising stops working: the button or the blinds behind you re-shove so often that raise-fold turns into handing out chips. An all-in against such opponents takes their aggression away from them: now they need a hand, not nerve.
The boundaries are still worth knowing. 33 is the lowest pair that still tolerates a shove; 22 no longer does. T9s survives in the range even at 20 BB — connectedness and suit age more slowly than paint: KTo and QJo dropped out back at 15 BB.
Normal opening ranges are in the 6-max open-raise chart.
