The button with five blinds is the spot where the chart looks like a typo: 100 hands out of 169, 51% of all combos. Half the deck correctly goes all-in.
Push from BTN, 5 BB stack
Inside — every pair, any ace, any suited king and offsuit kings from K3o, any suited queen, connectors down to 76s and 65s, hands like J4s, T8o, T9o. Against two opponents who need a real hand to call, the equity of the "junk" plus the dead money in the blinds outweighs almost everything.
Psychologically this is the hardest page in the charts: shoving J4s feels like madness even to experienced players. But the arithmetic is merciless — folding here means that two hands from now you'll be sitting in the big blind with four BB and a worse position. The cost of "waiting" is at its maximum on the button: the next two seats are the blinds.
A fold stays a fold only at the very bottom: 72o, 82o, J2o and similar hands with nothing going for them. When in doubt at 5 BB on the button, the doubt resolves in favour of the shove. The neighbouring stack is on the 8 BB page.
