Fifteen blinds on the button is 65 hands, 31% of combos: every pair, any suited ace, offsuit aces from A4o, kings from K5s and KTo, queens from Q6s, QTo, JTo, connectors down to 98s, J8s, T7s.
Push from BTN, 15 BB stack
The button is the only position where the pure shove is still a mainstream line at 15 BB: against two opponents the fold equity is still enormous, while raise-folding gifts the blinds the right to a cheap re-shove. That's why the range here is three times wider than the cutoff's at the same stack on the offsuit side: A4o versus ATo is a chasm.
What changed against 10 BB: the aces barely suffered (A2o+ became A4o+), but K9o, Q9o, J9o, T9o and 76s are gone. The "nine-kicker" hands and small connectors are the first ballast a growing stack drops; an ace stays an ace.
The "push or raise" choice on the button is settled by who's in the blinds. Tight and obedient — raise wider than this chart and print blinds. Sticky or aggressive — shove by the chart: calling is expensive for them, and you've cancelled their re-shove in advance.
